Actually, I think Integration Insight is only available in the Enterprise Edition. Maybe we should reconsider our choices.

This is a tough one. I'm going to go with C and D, because enterprise-level adapters and analytics seem like they'd be in the more expensive edition.

I'm pretty sure the Enterprise edition has more capabilities than the Standard edition, so I don't think any of these are available in both. Maybe I'll just guess randomly.
