Definitely B is wrong. The default scheduler doesn't spend equal time in each queue, it's based on priority levels.

C and E seem to be the correct answers here. The H1 class gets prioritized over AF traffic, and expedited queues need explicit configuration.

I'm not sure about C and D, but I think E is definitely true. Explicit configuration is needed for EF and AF traffic.
