Wait, isn't the whole point of EVPN VPWS to have independent configurations on each PE device? I'd go with option B.

Hmm, I'm not sure. It seems like the local AC tag IDs on both PE1 and PE2 need to match for it to work. Option C looks good to me.

I think option B is the correct answer. The remote AC tag ID on PE2 must match the remote AC tag ID on PE3 for proper EVPN VPWS 2 operation.
