Hmm, I'm going with B as well. Flooding the frame doesn't seem right, and fragmenting it would be a bit strange for an MPLS issue. Discarding it is the logical move here.

B) The frame will be discarded. I'm pretty sure that's the correct answer, as MPLS routers rely on the LFIB to forward frames, and if a label doesn't exist, there's nowhere to send it.
