That's a good point. Fast reroute can provide additional protection, but having a full mesh of RSVP-TE LSPs is the primary requirement.

But what about option D) PE-1 requires fast reroute enabled on all RSVP-TE LSPs? Isn't that also important for protection?

I agree, having a full mesh of RSVP-TE LSPs ensures that the tunnel is protected and traffic can be rerouted efficiently.

I think option C is not necessary because T-LDP sessions to all ABRs in area 0 may not directly relate to protecting the tunnel.

Agreed. That seems like overkill. I'm leaning more towards option C or D.

What about option B? A full mesh of RSVP-TE LSPs to all routers in area 1? That sounds like a lot of work.

You make a good point. I was thinking the same thing. Maybe we can rule that one out.

Okay, let's start with option A. Do we really need T-LDP sessions to both ABR-1 and ABR-2? That seems a bit excessive, doesn't it?

Hey, guys, this question seems a bit tricky. I'm not sure if I've got the right approach to protecting an LDP-over-RSVP tunnel.
