D) Each downstream router performs its own CSPF calculation for an LSP. Hmm, this seems a bit strange, but I could be wrong. I'll have to double-check the material on this.
B) CSPF calculations are always performed on RSVP-TE based LSPs. I'm pretty sure that's the correct answer, as CSPF is specifically used for RSVP-TE LSPs.
C) The head-end router performs the CSPF calculation for an LSP. This makes the most sense to me, as the head-end router is responsible for establishing the path.
