Gotta be B) 500 Mbps. If the interface is not used by any LSPs, the full 500Mbps should be available as Reservable Bandwidth.

Hmm, I'm going with C) 625 Mbps. The 25% subscription means 125 Mbps is reserved, so the Reservable Bandwidth must be the full 500Mbps minus the 125Mbps reserved.
