Option D is the way to go. Preventing unwanted NLRI from entering the AS is a classic export policy. The others are all valid options.

I think option B is the correct answer here. Sending aggregates to summarize the AS's address space is a common export policy, not the opposite.

Option A is definitely not an export policy. Advertising customer networks into BGP is more of a routing strategy, not an export policy. This one's a no-brainer.
