C) Setup > Support > Support Preferences is the only option that makes sense. Unless, of course, the developers were having a really bad day when they designed this system...

I'm not sure, but I think it could also be D) Subsidiary record. That seems like a logical place to set those preferences as well.

I agree with Doug. It makes sense that subsidiary-level support preferences would be set in the Support Preferences section.

D) Subsidiary record, no doubt. It's like they're trying to trick us with these other options. What kind of lunatic would set subsidiary preferences in the general company preferences?

Hmm, I'm gonna go with A) Case Profile. It's the most logical place to set support preferences, right? I mean, where else would you do it?

B) Setup > Company > General Preferences sounds like the right answer. Why would support preferences be under the support section? That's just crazy talk.

I think it's definitely C) Setup > Support > Support Preferences. That's where I've always set my subsidiary-level support preferences.
