B) is the way to go. You can't run a proper inventory without being able to track different units, from kilos to crates to whatever else you're stocking.

Hmm, I'm torn between B and C. Lot Tracking could be useful for inventory too. But I guess Multiple Units of Measure covers a broader range of features.
