This is a tricky one, but I think D is the most accurate. Unique discount/mark-up percentages for each Price Level seems like a sensible requirement.

Actually, A is correct. When the Multiple Prices feature is enabled, users can create up to 1,000 Price Levels.

I'm not sure, but I think option C) Users are not allowed to inactivate a Price Level when it has a discount/mark-up percentage, could also be true.
