I think the preferred methods to report a URL miscategorization are A) Use www.netskope.com/url-lookup and B) Use the URL Lookup page in the dashboard.

I have also heard that emailing support@netskope.com is a good method to report URL miscategorization. It's definitely important to use the official channels for reporting.
