I'm going to go with NetApp Aggregate Encryption. Encrypting the entire storage aggregates seems like a comprehensive way to safeguard against ransomware.
NetApp Volume Encryption sounds like a good option to protect data from ransomware. Encrypting the volumes would make it harder for attackers to access and encrypt the data.
I think SnapLock is the correct answer. It helps to prevent data from being modified or deleted, even by administrators, which is crucial against ransomware attacks.
