I'll go with C. Absolute and relative location are definitely important factors in the sales comparison, but safety? Nah, that's not part of the equation.

B has got to be the right answer. I mean, the land-to-building ratio is more about the physical characteristics of the property, not the sales comparison.

Hmm, I'd say D is the correct answer. Safety is not a factor in the sales comparison analysis, unless you're evaluating properties for a superhero's lair.

Yeah, I think it's more about the building design and layout, not necessarily a factor in determining the need for quantitative adjustments in sales comparison data.

I agree, the land-to-building ratio seems more related to the physical characteristics of the property rather than the sales comparison data.

Definitely not D. Safety aspects are crucial when evaluating a property. I mean, who wants to live in a death trap, right?
