Easy peasy, the answer is B) 4.9ml/hr. Just plug in the numbers and do the math, it's not rocket science!

I'm not sure, but I think the answer might be C) 4.5 ml/hr. Can someone explain their reasoning?

I agree with Lelia, because 0.03 units/min x 60 min/hr = 1.8 units/hr. And 1.8 units/hr / 40 units/100ml = 0.045 ml/hr. So, the answer is A) 4.0 ml/hr.

Hmm, I'm not sure about this one. Maybe it's C) 4.5ml/hr? I'll have to double-check the calculation.

I think the correct answer is B) 4.9ml/hr. The question gives the rate of vasopressin needed as 0.03 units/min, and the standard mix is 40 units in 100ml. So, we need to calculate the rate in ml/hr to deliver 0.03 units/min.
