No way, I'm pretty sure it's A. ECMP will still send packets to all gateways, even if one is unreachable.

B sounds good to me. The unreachable gateway should be skipped in the Round Robin algorithm.

I think the correct answer is C. If one gateway is unreachable, the entire ECMP route becomes inactive.
