This question is a real head-scratcher, but I think I've got it figured out. Option A is the way to go - 'and' just makes more sense than 'or' in this case. Plus, who doesn't love a good 'https://microsoft.com' trigger?

Personally, I'd go with Option C. The 'or' operator seems more appropriate here, as we only need one of the conditions to be true.
