Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. The key is that the 2023 Population measure is specifically filtering for the year 2023, so it won't show any other years.

I agree, option C makes the most sense. The 2023 Population measure is calculated using CALCULATE, which means it will only return a value for the year 2023, not for any other years.
