I'm not sure about option C. Manually creating time entries for Custom Business Processes might be too time-consuming. I would go with A, B, and E for efficiency.

I agree with Latricia. Automatically for Work Order bookings, bookings related to Custom Entities, and bookings related to Cases make sense for tracking time.
