Yeah, Suzan's got a point. Option C could be useful if we need to customize the export or do some more advanced filtering. But it might be overkill for this task. I'm leaning towards the CSV export myself.

Hmm, I'm not sure. Option C looks interesting - using Advanced Find to query the Dynamics 365 entities directly. That might give us a bit more flexibility in how we export the data.

I was thinking the same thing, Hildegarde. Option B is the way to go here. It's the simplest and most direct method to get the survey data we need.

This question seems pretty straightforward to me. I'd go with option B - download the survey responses as a CSV file from Dynamics 365 Customer Voice. That way, I can get the data in a format that's easy to work with in Excel.
