Hmm, I'm pretty sure the appointment will show up in the My Active Accounts view too. I mean, it's tied to a customer, so it should be visible in that account-focused view.

Well, I think the appointment will appear in both the Contact Timeline feed and the Account Timeline feed. After all, the customer is linked to both, so it should be visible in both places.
