Haha, the Account Files tab? Really? I doubt the appointment would be there. That's where you'd find documents and files, not your calendar events. *chuckles*

Well, I think the appointment will appear in both the Contact Timeline feed and the Account Timeline feed. After all, the customer is linked to both, so it should be visible in both places.

I agree with Rashida. The appointment should show up in those two places because they are related to the customer and activities.

The appointment will definitely show up in the My Activities view. That's the go-to place to find all your scheduled appointments, no doubt about it.
