You need to determine the location of cars in an image so that you can estimate the distance between the cars.

Which type of computer vision should you use?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: B

Object detection is similar to tagging, but the API returns the bounding box coordinates (in pixels) for each object found. For example, if an image contains a dog, cat and person, the Detect operation will list those objects together with their coordinates in the image. You can use this functionality to process the relationships between the objects in an image. It also lets you determine whether there are multiple instances of the same tag in an image.

The Detect API applies tags based on the objects or living things identified in the image. There is currently no formal relationship between the tagging taxonomy and the object detection taxonomy. At a conceptual level, the Detect API only finds objects and living things, while the Tag API can also include contextual terms like "indoor", which can't be localized with bounding boxes.

Wait, can OCR even help with this? Sounds off.

No way, face detection has nothing to do with cars!

I think image classification could work too, right?

Definitely object detection for this!

Face detection seems irrelevant here, but I can't quite recall how OCR fits into this. Is it even applicable for cars?

This question reminds me of a practice problem we did on detecting vehicles in traffic images. I'm leaning towards object detection too.

I'm not entirely sure, but I remember something about image classification being more about categorizing images rather than locating objects.

I think we need to use object detection since it helps identify and locate multiple objects in an image, right?

Hmm, I'm not sure. I think it might be C - which internal policies are relevant to a process at a given level. The capability maturity model is about aligning processes with organizational policies, isn't it?

I vaguely recall a practice question that covered projects, and I think they were definitely important. Leaning towards true here.

This looks like a straightforward question about importing an XML schema into a WSDL document. I'll carefully review the schema and the WSDL code fragments to determine the correct way to import the schema.

Ah, I think I've got it! The fast reroute in one-to-one mode will add some additional overhead, so the path-mtu should decrease. I'll go with option D.

This reminds me of a practice question about organizational names. Could it be about changing the name to match viptela.com?

Hmm, I'm a bit confused by the different user account names listed. I'll need to make sure I understand what each one represents before I can confidently select the right answer.
