You work as a Database Designer for Tech Perfect Inc. The company has a Windows Vista-based computer that has Microsoft Office 2010 installed on it. The computer has a database named Sales created in Microsoft Office Access 2010. The database contains a table named Products. Some records in the table are incomplete or missing. You need to complete the records. For this reason, you want to rearrange the table in such a manner that it displays the incomplete or missing records on the top of the respected column. What will you do to accomplish the task?

In order to accomplish the task, you will have to perform one of the following tasks:
Select the column and click on the Ascending button.
Right-click on the column header and choose the Sort Smallest to Largest option.
Both these tasks will display the incomplete or missing records on the top of the column as shown in the image given below:
Answer A is incorrect. When you perform this, you get the incomplete or missing records on the bottom of the column.
Answer D is incorrect. The Toggle Filter option is used for filtering the data of a table.
