D is a bit too vague. How am I supposed to verify the tunnel status with just a partial IP address? A or B seem like the better choices here.

Haha, option C is just plain silly. 'iii.io'? Really? What kind of IP address is that?

I think C) Issue the ping 172.20.iii.io source 203.0.113.2 command is incorrect because the source IP should be an actual IP address.

I think option B is the way to go. Pinging from a different source interface should also work to test the tunnel.

I'm not sure, but I think B) Issue the ping 172.20.111.10 source 198.51.100.1 command could also be correct.

The correct answer is A. Pinging the remote end of the tunnel from the local router's interface is the way to verify the status.

Let's ping 172.20.111.10 from 172.20.110.1 to verify the tunnel status.

I agree with Corrie, because the source IP address should match R1's interface IP.
