That's a good point, but we need to ensure that there are no open bugs or test failures before releasing.

But if we have covered 97 percent of the risk items, shouldn't it be safe to release the application?

I'm going with B. Releasing an app with that much untested risk is like playing Russian roulette with your job security. Just saying.

Answer B seems to be the most appropriate here. I wouldn't want to be the one who has to explain to the CEO why the app crashed on launch day due to unaddressed risks.

Hmm, looks like the dev team has been slacking off on their risk testing. I hope they don't get fired like that poor sap who forgot to change the printer ink.

The pie chart clearly shows that the risk-based testing strategy has not been fully implemented. The blue and red areas indicate a significant amount of untested and uncovered risk items, which is not acceptable for a secure release.

D) 97 percent of the risk items has been tested. No open bugs or test failures remain. Only 3 percent of risk items remains to be covered by the remaining test

B) According to the full risk-based testing strategy applied, it is very likely that the highest-risk items, tests and bugs remain in the blue and red areas. Therefore, it is very risky to release the application
