Personally, I think C is the clear winner here. Who doesn't want a more meaningful work experience? Plus, it's probably the most relevant to the concept of job enrichment.
Haha, option D is a bit of a stretch. I doubt most employees are looking for more opportunities to manage their subordinates. Give me C any day - that's where the real value lies.
Hmm, I'm not sure. B and C both seem like valid options, but I'm leaning towards C. Increased knowledge is great, but the primary value should be the personal growth aspect.
