Option A makes the most sense to me. The lspv command is probably just showing the contents of the ODM, which could be out of sync with the actual disk state.

I think C is the correct answer. The lspv command must be incorrectly hashing the UDID, leading to the discrepancy in the PVID.

Option B seems the most likely to me. The lspv and lquerypv commands are probably querying different disks at different locations.
