I see your point, Tarra. However, I think configuring a user-configured Item-Based Allocation (IBA) rule with that customer as the criteria would be the most personalized and efficient solution.

But wouldn't running Real-Time Availability Monitor (RTAM) more often for that customer also help in ensuring their orders are shipped out first?

I disagree. I believe configuring Item-Based Allocation (IBA) to run more often for that customer is the best solution.
