I agree with In my experience, client-side deduplication does require a Deduplication Cache on the client side to eliminate the workload on the server.

I disagree with I believe the answer is C) Client-side deduplication only eliminates the deduplication workload on the server for that workload when a Deduplication Cache is configured on the client.
