I'd have to go with D. Screen reader, Braille keyboard, and speech input. Gotta cater to all the senses, you know? Hearing, touch, and voice - the holy trinity of accessibility.

Well, obviously the answer is B. Haptic alerts, captions, and transcripts are essential for people with hearing/auditory disabilities. Can't really go wrong with that one.
