As an expert in this field, I can confidently say the answer is B) Less. Unless you're a radio wave wizard, the f-band is just plain better for coverage.

Hmm, D) Difficult to evaluate? I guess if you don't understand the technical details, it could be hard to tell. But I'm pretty sure B) is the right answer here.
