The overall strategy of video surveillance is to build a pattern around cloud and intelligence, with video cloud and smart cameras as growth points, and continue to focus on safe cities and traffic and park surveillance.
I agree, D) is the way to go. Although I have to say, 'clairvoyance' would be a pretty cool feature for a video surveillance platform. Maybe they can add that in the next version?

D) GB-T28181 is the correct answer. It's a Chinese national standard for video surveillance systems, which makes sense given that Huawei is a Chinese company.
ONVIF and GB-T28181 seem like the most relevant options here. I'm not sure what 'clairvoyance' is, but it doesn't sound like an industry standard protocol.
