That's a good point. The RAID level and hot spare policy could definitely impact the number of disks. I'm leaning towards option C as well now.

I believe it's actually C) 140. The hot spare policy and RAID level might affect the number of disks needed differently than what we're thinking.

Yes, the hot spare policy should be taken into account. That's why I think option B is the closest number of disks needed.
