Haha, the answer is clearly A, B, and C. What kind of big data genius would you have to be to think otherwise? Next they'll be asking us to maintain our systems with chewing gum and duct tape.
I'd say A and C are the most important. Backups are a must, and you really don't want to be using any shady, off-brand software. B is good too, but I'm more worried about my data than a few broken parts.
Definitely all three! You can't go wrong with a reliable backup plan, having spare parts on hand, and using original resources. Anything less and you're just asking for trouble in the big data world.
I think the correct answer is A and B. Backups and spare parts are essential for maintaining big data storage systems. Keeping the original software is also good, but not as critical as the first two.
