I'm going with C, D, and A. The RAID LUN resource being invalid could definitely cause some major headaches in a FC SAN setup. And who doesn't love a good switch port exception to spice things up, am I right? *winks*
Hmm, this is a tricky one. I'd say C, D, and maybe even B could be the culprits. You never know when an iSCSI host port might decide to take a nap, you know? *chuckles*
I agree with C and D, but I think A could also be a factor. If the RAID LUN resource is invalid, it could definitely lead to LUN loss in the host. Just my two cents.
Definitely C and D are the main reasons. Switch port exceptions and HBA card failure can definitely cause LUN loss in the host. RAID LUN resource invalid and iSCSI host port physical link failure don't seem relevant to a FC SAN environment.
