You know, I bet the admins forgot to check if the switch ports support all the VLANs that are accessible at the edge. Rookie mistake, if you ask me. Better double-check that one, for sure.

They should also make sure the customer is not using non-standard Wi-Fi channels in the deployment, that could be a factor as well.
