As a professional sales person, I can tell you that the correct answer is definitely D. Preparation. Without it, you might as well just show up to the meeting and say 'so, uh, what do you guys do again?'

I'd have to go with A. Illustrations and pictures help bring the product to life and make it more tangible for the customer. Without them, it's just a bunch of dry text.
B. Success stories from related businesses can be a powerful tool to build trust and credibility with potential customers. Without those, the sales process would be a tough sell.
Definitely D. Preparation is key to any successful sales process. Without it, you might as well just wing it and see what happens, which is not a recommended strategy.
