B is interesting, but I'm not sure if configuring Chrome policies on Windows is the best approach here. We want to manage the devices, not just the browser.

I'm not sure about D and E. Syncing Google Accounts to AD and installing Password Sync on AD controllers feels like an unnecessary step when we can just use the Google Workspace integration.

I think A and C are the way to go. Installing the Google Credential Provider for Windows and enabling Windows device management in the Google Workspace console should do the trick.
