This is too easy. It's obviously C. I'm surprised they even included the other options. DNS is the culprit here.

It's possible, but usually if the server is offline, you would get a different error message. So, I still think the DNS entry not being available is the most likely cause.

I'm going with B. The WINS server is probably not configured correctly. That's a classic networking problem.

I agree with Toi, it makes sense because the browser needs the DNS entry to resolve the host name to an IP address.

The answer has to be C. If the IP address works but the domain name doesn't, it's clearly a DNS issue.
