I don't think so. Those files seem more related to maps or phone book contacts, not the user data we are looking for.

But what about MapView.r08 or PbkView.r03? Could they also potentially have the data we need?

I agree with Aleshia. Lifeblog.db seems like the most likely file to have that kind of data.
