Option A is the clear choice here. Why overcomplicate things when a simple workgroup will do the job? The Marketing team doesn't need all the bells and whistles.

Option D? Really? That's so 90s. I'm going with Option C - Roles all the way, baby!

I prefer option B. Assigning an extension and ACD queue type might be useful for future scalability.

Option D is the way to go. Who doesn't love a good old-fashioned Department container? Keeps things nice and organized!

Option B is the way to go. Gotta give the Marketing team their own extension and queue, even if they don't need it. Gotta keep the boss happy!

B) Create a Workgroup called \'Marketing\'. Add all members of the Marketing department to the Marketing workgroup. Assign the appropriate extension to that workgroup and ensure that it is assigned an ACD queue type.

A) Create a \'Marketing\' workgroup. Do not assign an extension or queue. Add all members of the Marketing department to the marketing workgroup.

Haha, I bet the Marketing manager will be disappointed if they don't get their own ACD queue! Option B it is!

Option A looks good to me. No need for call routing, just a simple workgroup to display the Marketing team members.

I think option A is the best choice. We just need a tab to display the members, no need for call routing.
