A, C, and E. No doubt about it. Anything else and the client might as well just hand over the keys to their network. FortiWeb's not called 'FortiRocks' for a reason, you know.

I would go with A, C, and D. Displaying an access policy message is a nice touch, and it's better than just blocking the user outright. Gotta give 'em a chance, right?
A, C, and E are the correct options here. FortiWeb should block unauthorized access, redirect to the login page, and prompt for authentication. Pretty straightforward security measures.
