Option A sounds like a joke. Routing on a switch is done by hardware, not the CPU. Someone's been drinking too much coffee.

I'm pretty sure it's D. FortiSwitch can do Layer 3 routing, but it's managed by the FortiGate. Seems like the most logical answer to me.
