Absolutely, C and D are the way to go. Although I have to say, the idea of the 'Message accepted for delivery' being part of the body is pretty funny. I mean, who would think that?

You know, I was a little unsure about A at first, but after looking closer, I think the envelope addresses and the header addresses can indeed be different in some cases. So I'd go with C and D as the correct answers.

Yeah, I agree with C and D. The 'Subject' line is clearly part of the message header, and the '220' message is the SMTP banner, not the message body.
