Yeah, I was leaning towards C as well. The way I see it, the failover cable is there as a backup, so it should take precedence over the network status.
I'm not so sure about that. Option C says a network failure won't cause failover if there's voltage on the failover cable. That kind of makes sense to me.
Okay, got it. In that case, I think the answer is B. Both a network failure and a loss of voltage on the failover cable should trigger the failover to the backup connection.
Network failover is when a backup network connection automatically takes over if the primary connection fails. The options seem to be about how the failover mechanism works.
