The Scrum Master should remind the managers that in Scrum, the teams are self-organizing and the managers are there to support, not to command. Maybe they can start a 'Managers Anonymous' group to work through their control issues.

I bet the managers are just itching to get their hands on those Scrum boards and start drawing colored sticky notes all over them. The Scrum Master should teach them that Scrum is about transparency, not their favorite game of 'Micromanage the Developers'.

I believe the Scrum Master should also teach the managers how to read the Scrum board to stay involved in the process.

I agree with Filiberto. The managers should be taught to trust the Scrum teams and take on the role of coaches.

Ah, the classic struggle between Agile and traditional management. The Scrum Master should remind the managers that their role is to enable the teams, not to dictate every step. Letting go of control can be hard, but it's essential for Scrum to work.

The Scrum Master should teach the teams and managers that Scrum is about empowering the teams, not micromanaging them. Managers need to trust the teams and focus on coaching, not controlling.

I think the Scrum Master should teach the Scrum teams to be self-managing and decide how to divide work.
