I'd go with B. Explain the benefits of self-management and let them see how it can improve their work. Maybe throw in a joke about managers being like 'task overlords' or something.

A is a terrible idea. Dividing tasks is the opposite of self-management. The team needs to learn Scrum, not just be told what to do.

D is the way to go. Agile is about adapting the process to the team, not the other way around. Forcing Scrum on them won't work.
