I'm just going to close my eyes and point randomly. Whoever's estimate I land on, that's the one we're going with. Scrum doesn't have to be this complicated, people!

Honestly, this is why we need a Ouija board in the Sprint Planning meetings. That way, we can just let the spirits decide the estimate. Much more reliable than these pesky humans and their biases.

I think we should go with the team member's estimate of seven days, since they are the one working on it.

I agree with Theresia, we should take the average of all estimates to be fair.

Seven days, definitely. If the team member says it's gonna take that long, I trust them. Architects and Scrum Masters are just there to make our lives harder, let's be real.

The Product Owner's 5 days seems like a good middle ground to me. Gotta keep those POs in check, you know? They love to lowball the estimates sometimes.

Hmm, I think the Lead Architect's estimate of 2 days is a bit too optimistic. Scrum Master's 8 days seems a bit excessive as well. I'd go with the team member's 7 days - they're the ones actually doing the work, after all.
