The company uses Microsoft Office Access 2007 database named Sales. He has to link a text file to the Access database. He clicks the office button and opens the text file. I'd go with D. Linking the text file to an existing database is the most straightforward approach here.

I think B is the correct answer. You don't want the data in the text file to affect the existing table, so copying it into a new table is the way to go.
