If this switch upgrade is anything like the ones I've dealt with, the port map is probably a tangled mess of Post-it notes and scribbles. Good luck finding a clean, official document!

The Switch Release Notes could have some useful info, but I don't think that's where I'd look for a comprehensive port map. A is my pick.
